Our Wellbeing Walks offer a refreshing approach to mental health through the simple act of walking together in natural surroundings. These community-focused outdoor sessions create space for gentle movement, conversation, and reconnection with both nature and each other.
What to Expect
Each Wellbeing Walk is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all. We'll walk at a comfortable pace through local green spaces, with opportunities to notice the environment around us and share conversation if you wish. All you need are comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.
Our walks typically last 60-90 minutes and include:
