Evidence-based mental health education and skills training for individuals and organisations

Connecting people to better health and wellbeing through awareness…
The Kindful connects people to a better understanding of mental health and wellbeing through our training, education and community activities based around emotional understanding and awareness skills.
Our vision is a thriving, more kindful world where mental health knowledge is accessible, inclusive and widely available. As a neurodivergent-founded company, we’re particularly passionate about delivering services that work for a range of needs and people.
What Makes Us Different
Kindful
Compassionate, kindful awareness for:
Ourselves: taking care of our needs
Our kin: how we relate to the people in our lives.
Kindness in action: our impact in the world
Let’s build a more kindful world together!
Inclusive
We believe that mental health education should be accessible and widely available. We aim for safe, adaptative spaces where people feel valued, heard and respected.
Collaborative
Change happens through connection. We work closely with individuals, communities, and organizations to create meaningful learning experiences. By sharing knowledge and listening to lived experiences, we ensure our training is relevant, impactful, and empowering.
Person-Centered Approach
We tailor our approach for individual needs. Our training adapts to personal learning styles, circumstances, and goals, ensuring skills are accessible and helpful.
Evidence-Based & Lived Experience
Blending scientific research on awareness practices with personal insight and expertise. Our approach ensures practical solutions grounded in both evidence and real life application.
Ethical & Trauma-Informed
We prioritise participant safety through screening practices. Whilst a trauma-informed approach places autonomy and choice at the centre of teaching, ensuring participants can engage in ways that feel safe for them.
What We Do
We provide education, support and consultancy for mental health and wellbeing that is inclusive and evidence based.
We based in Northamptonshire but deliver work nationally and internationally.
Our Approach
We believe wellbeing extends beyond the individual. Our work focuses on both individual empowerment and connection with others, while acknowledging the wider circumstances that impact mental health. Through awareness-based approaches, we help people navigate these complexities; our emphasis on facilitators with both expertise and lived experience means that we are also doing the same.
